The Proving Ground · Intake

Commission an examination.

Tell us about the model and what it claims. We reply with scope, schedule, and a fixed fee — quietly, and only once. Payment is by invoice, issued with the engagement agreement — there is no checkout; the first commitment you make is a signature. Every examination concludes with a sealed, signed Test Battery Results and Assurance Report, the same instrument you can read in our specimen reports.

Zero-telemetry intake. This interface executes strictly within your browser — nothing is persisted, cached, or transmitted to third-party services. When you submit, your intake brief is composed locally, a copy downloads for your records, and your own email client carries it to us.
I · Correspondence
Up to 5 addresses separated by semicolons — the first is the signing contact. Domain authentication (DMARC) is verified on our side at scoping.
The registered seat of the contracting legal entity — this is the tax-relevant anchor for B2B services (place-of-supply follows the customer's establishment, not where the model is deployed).
Required for reverse-charge invoicing on EU/UK business engagements. Leave empty if none.
Examinations are institution-grade engagements; individual purchases may carry different indirect-tax treatment, which we confirm at scoping.
How size is read, verbatim from the source definitions. EU (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC): a medium enterprise employs fewer than 250 persons and has turnover ≤ €50M (or balance-sheet total ≤ €43M); small: fewer than 50 and ≤ €10M; micro: fewer than 10 and ≤ €2M. US (SBA Table of Size Standards, 13 CFR §121): size standards are set by NAICS industry code, expressed in employees (commonly 500 for manufacturing) or average annual receipts (service industries commonly $8M–$41.5M). Banks, deposit-taking institutions, and organisations of regulated scale are quoted as enterprise-scale engagements regardless of headcount — these bands inform the quote; they never decide it on their own.
II · The Examination Subject
III · Model Access Modality
The evidence ceiling is set by the route, not the battery. Route A exercises your endpoint only — no weight digest is captured, so evidence caps at E1: the sealed report is non-certifying, carrying a descriptive score and no letter grade. Route B captures the digest at intake — E2+, grade-eligible. The ceiling is printed on the face of the sealed report either way.
Applies to examination services — Route A (endpoint URL) or Route B (weights reference). Do not paste API keys here. Credentials are exchanged only under signed NDA, after scoping.
IV · Scope of examination
Attestation Grade is certifying-eligible only where the instrument captures the weight digest — Route B on this form. On Route A (ceiling E1) it cannot certify; we will say so at scoping rather than sell you a ceiling you did not ask for.
Every claim becomes a bespoke testable metric. Unsupported claims are caught, named, and bounded.
V · Adjudication & Oversight Governance
Institution preferences (optional — select up to two). The panel is in formation; a listing is not a concluded engagement, and final panel composition is confirmed at scoping. Where pass-through invoicing is elected, the engagement agreement records it and 100% of the institution's fee is remitted — zero commission, zero markup.
Adjudication is strictly optional. Selecting a human adjudication panel is not mandatory at this stage; your engagement can be scoped, executed, and completed in full without assigning an external judge. Following delivery of your sealed report and cryptographic evidence bundle, you remain entirely free to present the completed artifacts to these or any other independent assurance bodies for downstream certification or governance review. Any such arrangement — whether with the institutions listed above or external third parties — must remain strictly at arm's length and shall in no way alter, compromise, or prejudice the independent validity and integrity of PGAC's sealed examination.
VI · Timing & anything else

Pressing this composes your intake brief on this machine, downloads a copy for your records, and opens your email client addressed to us. Review it, then send — the commission is yours to release. Replies are quiet and infrequent; no marketing, ever.

Intake composed

Your brief is ready.

Your email client should now hold the commission, addressed to sales-billing@pinnacleglobal.pro. A dated copy has also downloaded to your machine — keep it; it is your record of exactly what was requested and when. We reply with scope, schedule, and a fixed fee.
